  • Account data: Email address, username, and encrypted password when you create an account
  • License data: License keys, locked server IP addresses, and server identity data used for license validation
  • Detection data: Player identifiers (FiveM license, Steam ID, Discord ID), detection events, and related metadata from your FiveM server
  • Usage data: Dashboard access logs, feature usage, and error reports
  • Payment data: Processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store credit card details

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to:

  • Provide and maintain the anticheat service
  • Validate license keys and prevent unauthorized use
  • Display detection events and player data in your dashboard
  • Improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives
  • Provide customer support
  • Send important service notifications (security updates, billing)

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored in encrypted databases with SSL connections. Passwords are hashed using Argon2id. JWT tokens are used for authentication with short expiry times. We implement industry-standard security measures including rate limiting, input validation, and CSRF protection.

4. Data Retention

Detection events, console logs, screenshots, and dashboard evidence are retained while the related account or license remains active. Short-lived operational queues such as signaling and pending update messages may be cleaned automatically. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. Data is only shared with:

  • Payment processors for billing (Stripe/Mollie)
  • Infrastructure providers for hosting (encrypted at rest)
  • Law enforcement when legally required

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time

We use essential cookies for authentication (JWT tokens) and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics. No cookie consent banner is needed as we only use strictly necessary cookies.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
