1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Solar Anticheat ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Solar Anticheat provides anti-cheat protection software for FiveM game servers. The Service includes a server-side resource, a web-based dashboard, and related tools. Access to the Service requires a valid license key purchased through our website.

3. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Solar Anticheat on the number of FiveM servers specified by your plan. You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share your license key
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
  • Use the software to develop competing products
  • Share or publish detection methods or internal documentation
  • Attempt to bypass or circumvent any license restrictions

4. Payment & Refunds

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR). Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. All sales are final — no refunds are provided. Free licenses do not recur. Premium billing is available as Monthly, 3 Months, or Lifetime as shown at checkout.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or license key with unauthorized parties. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. Abuse of the dashboard, API, or detection systems may result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Solar Anticheat is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to false positives, missed detections, or server performance impacts.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be immediately revoked. No refund will be provided for licenses terminated due to terms violations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or dashboard notification.
